Emanuela Morra

Architect and Industrial Designer.

 

Born in Milan in 1961, she graduates in Architecture at the Politecnico of Milan in 1985.

In 1986 she starts her cooperation with Atelier Mendini - Francesco and Alessandro Mendini’s  Studio - where she is in charge of different architectural and interior design projects. In 1995 she becomes a Partner of the Studio.

 

Since 1987, she develops her own personal professional activity: architectural projects and interior design of private apartments, villas and offices.

 

She also focuses on exhibition settings and industrial design.

 

In the early 90’s she begun a long lasting cooperation with Alessi:

 

- Project for the enlargment of the Headquarters and of the Logistic Building, requalification of the existing buildings and interior design of the museum, in Omegna (I).

- Project of the image of Alessi's shops (project of the furniture, color palette, paving, lights and graphic).

- Interior design of the single brand stores (Oslo, Helsinki, Tokyo, Singapore, Milan, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Berlin, Sao Paolo, Wien, Strasburg, Paris, London).

- Projects for the international Headquarters in Hamburg, New York, London and Paris.

- Fair exhibition setting in Frankfurt and Milan.

 

Her fresh  and graceful style is consistent, liveable and expressive.
